ITS HEARTLAND VENDOR PACKAGE
$300 for Members/$500 for Non-Members before March 17
$350 for Members/ $550 for Non-Members after March 17
- One 6’ X 10’ Booth
- Option of adding a 1 page advertisement or informational page about the booth/company/or
product to be put into each participant’s folder who has registered for the conference.
(If you choose this option, please have 350 of flyers/ads mailed to Valerie Lefler,
113 Nebraska Hall, Lincoln, NE 68588-0530 at the latest by March 3, 2008. Please
email Valerie at vlefler2@unl.edu to let her
know to expect your packages.)
- Special vendor reception Tuesday morning after the opening general session each
vendor will be given the option of giving a short 5 minute presentation to all of
the participants.
- Option of entering an article in the Special Edition of the ITS Pulse. If you reserve
your space by March 16th your booth location and name will be featured in the
ITS Pulse along with a 3 inch article (due March 16th) highlighting your company’s

- Viewer-ship of all conference participants during all meals and breaks. (Booths
will be set up around the perimeter of the dining area.) Anticipated attendance
is 350 transportation professionals!
- Set up for vendors will be on Monday, April 7th, 2008 from 12:00-5:00 PM
Listed below are the services
that will be included for all vendors who attend the ITS Heartland Annual Meeting.
EXHIBIT BOOTHS
Booths will include the following items:
- 6’ high back drape and 3’side drape
- (1) identification sign with booth number
- (1) 6’skirted table
- (2) folding chairs
- (1) wastebasket
ELECTRICAL AND MATERIAL HANDLING
This year electrical and material handling needs will be taken care of by the
hotel
