Unlimited Available!  Cost is $800.  With the gold sponsorship you will receive:

• Your Company name on the programs and place cards
• Your Company name announced at the opening session and prior to the break or meal you are sponsoring.
• You have the option of placing an 8 inch column article in the Special Edition of the ITS Pulse .

Unlimited Available! Cost is $400.  With the silver sponsorship you will receive:

• Your Company name on the program and you will be announced at the opening session. 
• You have the option of placing a 4 inch article in the Special Edition of the ITS Pulse.

Other important information for Sponsors to know:

• A high resolution graphic (300dpi) of your company logo must be emailed to vlefler2@unl.edu no later than March 15, 2008 for use in programs, place cards, and signs.
• Advertise Your Company in Special Edition of ITS Pulse!!! We will be publishing a Special Edition of the ITS Pulse that features our Sponsors!  Please see the “ITS Pulse Special Private Sector Issue Guide ”  for more details on drafting and sending in your article.
• Platinum Sponsor Hospitality Suites: There will be two hospitality suites available Tuesday night, April 9th after the reception for use by Platinum level sponsors.  Food and beverages for the hospitality suites will be the responsibility of the sponsor. The hotel has indicated that food and beverage for the suites does not need to be purchased from the hotel, however no kegs are allowed. 
• Promotional Materials:  If a sponsor wishes to provide promotional materials such as portfolios, note pads, pens, etc. to conference participants at registration time, please notify Valerie Lefler no later than March 16, 2008.
